Becoming an APHAA Member

Membership in APHAA is held by the individual, not the employing agency.

CAOs/CEOs of Alberta’s housing management bodies, senior leaders of non-profit housing agencies within the province, and members of senior management teams of the aforementioned are invited to join our professional association. 

Membership entitles you to:

  • Access to all information posted on our website, including our Members Area
  • Access to the online APHAA Member Discussion Forum – a great place to share information, resources, policy templates and best practices with other housing leaders from across Alberta
  • Reduced registration fees for conferences, workshops, webinars and education sessions
  • Access to a network of experienced professionals to help you with the challenges you face each day, with opportunities to mentor/mentee and build capacities
  • Updates on current issues and announcements affecting our housing industry
  • Access to APHAA’s Foundations of Public Housing Modules – the perfect orientation and road map for new and emerging public and non-profit housing leaders
  • Ability to apply for APHAA’s Bursary Programs, which offer members financial support to pursue accreditation, licensing, designations and other professional development

The current membership fee is $450.
(Fee is reduce by 50% after March 1 each year)
