Our Bylaws
As a incorporated body under the Societies Act of Alberta, we are required to have a set of bylaws to govern the operation of our Society. These bylaws must be in compliance with the provisions of the Societies Act.
The bylaws are regularly reviewed by a Bylaw Committee established by the APHAA Executive.
